About this template
A star field with Work Sans on the headline and the service member's name, and the duration line written in Yellowtail script. No unit insignia is used, which keeps the sign compliant and printable for any branch. Home safe after a stated number of months is the line that carries the moment. Put the rank and name in the third line exactly as the family uses it.
