Why it works

What schools & churches buyers get out of a staked sign

01

The stake is the budget line nobody plans for

A fifty sign order elsewhere quietly adds about $100 in stake fees at checkout. Here every sign ships with a galvanized H-stake in the published price, which is usually the difference between one order and two.

02

One event, several messages

Registration this way, parking, entrance and the main announcement are four different boards. Add each as its own cart line and the volume price applies to the combined quantity, so a mixed set still hits the higher tier.

03

Recognition signs at name-list scale

Honor roll, senior and student of the month signs usually share one background with a different name on each board. Duplicate the template once per name, change the name in each copy and add every board to the same order.

Enrollment, VBS and fundraiser seasons

Registration windows are short, so the sign has to be in the ground the week the window opens. Order the count for the whole season at once rather than reprinting each phase. The same board with a QR code to a live page works for enrollment in spring and VBS in summer.

Campus and event wayfinding

Field days, carnivals and enrollment nights need directional signage more than they need one big sign. 12 x 18 signs in a ten pack cover parking, entrances and check-in tables, and they count toward the same volume tier as the main event boards.

Nonprofit and fundraiser pricing

Published volume pricing already includes the stake, which is the largest hidden cost elsewhere. Runs above 250 signs are quoted individually through the bulk orders page, and a quote comes back the same business day.

Questions about schools & churches

Can each sign have a different student name?

Yes. Send the name list with your artwork and we build each variant. The volume price applies to the total quantity, not per design.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Published volume pricing already includes the stake on every sign. Runs above 250 are quoted individually through the bulk orders page.

How long do signs last on a campus lawn?

4mm coroplast with UV inks holds up 12 or more months outdoors through rain, sprinklers and direct sun. Double-stake signs on exposed corners where wind funnels between buildings.

Can we use one design for parking and directions too?

Yes, and it is cheaper to order them together. Directional boards at 12 x 18 in the same order count toward the same volume tier as the main event signs.
