How long does shipping take
For the contiguous US, typical carrier ground transit from Southern California is 2 to 5 business days after production, not a guaranteed arrival date. Print ready yard sign orders paid before 10:30am Pacific on a business day print that day; banners ship in 1 to 2 business days. Alaska and Hawaii freight and timing are quoted individually, and Bannerology ships to all 50 states.

Production and transit are separate clocks
Same day means the sign print day, not delivery to your address. Your sign order must be paid with print ready artwork before 10:30am Pacific on a business day. After the cutoff, on a weekend or on a holiday, the print day moves to the next business day. Carrier time starts after production and shipment, so it must be added to the production schedule.
Banners have their own timing: 1 to 2 business days to ship, then carrier transit. Do not apply the sign cutoff to a banner order. If a deadline is fixed, allow extra time for production, carrier delays and installation rather than counting the earliest possible arrival as a commitment.
How to read the state table
The table groups typical ground transit into West at about 2 business days, Mountain and Southwest at 2 to 3, Central at 3 to 4, and East and Southeast at 4 to 5. These are planning ranges inside our existing 2 to 5 business day transit window. They are not carrier promises for every postal code and do not establish a new delivery service.
Rural locations, storms, holidays and carrier routing can change the actual timing. A state contains many routes, so its table entry cannot guarantee the arrival at a specific address. Use the shipment's tracking information once it is available. The District of Columbia follows the East planning range even though this table lists only the 50 states.
A worked example for Illinois
Ordered Monday 9am PT in Illinois, prints Monday, arrives Thursday or Friday. This example assumes a business day, paid order, print ready sign artwork, normal dispatch and typical Central transit of 3 to 4 business days. It is an illustration, not a guaranteed date. Monday is the production day; the following business days are the carrier portion.
If the same sign order arrives after Monday's cutoff, use Tuesday as the expected print day and shift the example accordingly. A holiday can shift it again. For a banner ordered Monday, allow its 1 to 2 business day shipping preparation before counting transit. Weekend days do not shorten the business day estimate.
Shipping charges and quoted freight
Shipping is $9.95 when the items subtotal is below $99.00, and free at $99.00 and above. Alaska and Hawaii freight is quoted individually.
The threshold uses items subtotal, not sales tax. Alaska and Hawaii can order; their air freight cost and timing are quoted individually, and we email before charging extra. The contiguous state planning ranges should not be presented as ground service to those two states. If their timing matters to your event, confirm it before relying on a date.
Nationwide printing from one location
We print in Woodland Hills, California and ship nationwide. Distance from the print location affects carrier time, not which buyers may order. A New York buyer and a California buyer use the same sign print cutoff. Check tracking for shipment progress and contact us before ordering if your deadline leaves little room for delays. Same day printing is useful groundwork for a deadline, but it does not remove the journey to your state.
