Build the route, not just the curb sign

Most agents underbuy arrows. A typical open house needs four to six directional signs from the nearest arterial plus one or two at the property. Ordering the route as a single ten- or twenty-five-sign run puts the per-sign price at $9.99 or less and covers every listing after the first.

Keep the signs generic, keep reusing them

Arrows with your name, brokerage and phone number work at every listing. Print the address on nothing, and the same box of signs goes out every Sunday for a season instead of being thrown away Monday morning.

Double sided arrows for corners

At a corner, both approaches need to read the arrow, mirrored so it points the same physical way on each face. Send a two-page PDF, or pick a directional template and set the arrow direction yourself in the editor.

Questions about open house signs

What size should open house signs be?

12 x 18 for the directional arrows along the route and 18 x 24 at the property itself, where cars need to read it from the street.

How many directional signs do I need?

Four to six from the nearest main road, plus one or two at the house. A ten-sign order covers a typical route with spares.

Can I reuse the signs at other listings?

Yes, if you leave the address off. Coroplast holds up 12 or more months of outdoor use.
