Choose one main message for the panel: for rent, now leasing or open house. Add the property name and a contact line below it, keeping the words large enough for the approach. An 18 x 24 double sided sign is a practical general choice for apartments and rental houses. A sign on an authorized lawn near the entrance can help a visitor make the final turn; do not use public land or obstruct the visibility needed to leave the driveway safely.
Directional signs for apartments and open houses
Give visitors a route rather than a collection of unrelated panels. Start at the first permitted decision point and use a clear destination plus an arrow. Smaller 12 x 18 panels can work near walkways and slow parking areas, while 18 x 24 is useful at a street facing entrance. Check each arrow from the actual direction of approach and check both faces of a double sided design. Distinguish visitor parking, the leasing office and the accessible entrance where those routes differ.
Parking and community rules

Pick the panel size based on its viewing distance rather than treating the largest size as automatically more useful.

Keep generic arrows and leasing office directions free of unit numbers or dates so they can be reused. Update for rent signs when the phone number, available property or open house time changes. Save your final artwork for the next order, check it again before checkout and store unused signs flat indoors with stakes separate. Upload management artwork or edit an existing template; every item needs a completed design or file before paying. There is no automatic reorder or special turnover price implied.
