Terms of service

Bannerology is a trade name of EMSAR DEV LLC, 21550 Oxnard St, 3rd Floor, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. These terms form an agreement between you and EMSAR DEV LLC.

Prices shown are per sign in US dollars and include full-color printing and one metal H-stake per sign. Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more and $9.95 under $99. Sales tax is applied where required. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation; obvious pricing errors may be corrected before production with your consent or a full refund.

You warrant that you own or are licensed to use everything in the files you send, and you grant us the limited right to reproduce them to fulfill your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of all content, including political disclaimers, licensing numbers and contact details. We may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider hateful or obscene.

Turnaround commitments are described on the shipping page and depend on print-ready artwork and cleared payment. There is no proof step: files go straight to press as submitted. Carrier transit times are estimates and are outside our control.

You may cancel or change an order at no cost until it enters production. Once printing has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. Reprint and refund entitlements are set out in the reprint policy.

Screens and presses differ. Printed color may vary slightly from what you see on a monitor, and small variations in cut, trim and material thickness are normal in corrugated plastic production. Such variation is not a defect.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, missed events or campaign outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
