Privacy policy

To print and deliver an order we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order contents and the artwork files you upload. We also keep the notes you send us about a job. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.

Order information is used to produce your signs, ship them, provide support, handle reprints, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We send transactional email about your order. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing email without your consent.

Uploaded files are stored in private storage reachable only by our production staff, are used solely to print your order, and are never shared, licensed or published. We may keep a copy for reorder convenience unless you ask us to delete it.

We share the minimum necessary data with the vendors that make the business work: our payment processor, our print and fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and our hosting and database provider. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service.

We use website analytics and advertising measurement to understand which pages and campaigns produce orders. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and record pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device type. They are not used to identify you personally.

Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your artwork and contact record by emailing orders@bannerology.com. California residents may exercise the rights granted under the CCPA through the same address. We respond within 30 days.

The site is intended for business and adult consumer use and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
