Shipping & production

Print-ready orders placed and paid by 10:30am PT on a business day print the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a holiday print the next business day. Orders placed after the Friday cutoff print Monday. Production and transit are separate: production is the printing day, transit is the carrier time after that, so we never promise same-day delivery. During press-partner holidays we pause the same-day countdown on the site and post a notice at the top of every page.

There is no proof step. Your design prints exactly as shown, so check spelling and phone numbers before you order.

2 to 5 business days after production. Most West Coast addresses land in two to three business days; cross-country runs four to five. We email tracking the moment cartons are scanned.

Prints Wed Oct 14. Estimated delivery Oct 16 to 21.

Free on every order of $99 or more anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.95. No minimum order. Stakes ship in the same carton as the signs at no extra freight charge.

Alaska, Hawaii and multi-address splits are quoted individually. Send the details through the bulk request form.

Inspect cartons on arrival. Report transit damage or a short count within 14 days after delivery with photographs and we reprint or refill the missing quantity at no charge. See the reprint policy for full terms.
