When does production start?
When artwork is approved. Template designs are approved the moment you finish personalizing; uploaded files are checked for size and resolution first, usually within the hour.
Are grommets and hems extra?
No. Every vinyl and mesh banner is hemmed on all four sides with grommets every two feet, included in the price shown.
Do kits really include hardware?
Yes. Flags include the pole and base, X-stands include the stand, retractables include the base and carry case. A flag without hardware is listed as a Replacement Flag.
What if my banner arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we reprint and reship at no charge, on the same next-business-day clock.
Can I reorder the same banner later?
Yes. Your personalized files are kept on file, so a reorder is one click and needs no new approval.
Do you print more than 25 units?
Regularly. Request a quote and we price the run directly rather than stacking the standard discount tiers.
