How we say things
No ounce weights in the navigation.
Customers do not shop by stock weight. They shop by what the thing does and what the occasion is. So the catalog is organized by product and by occasion, and material specs live in the spec tab where they belong.
- Kits are kits. If a product is called a Kit, the hardware is included. A flag without a pole is a Replacement Flag.
- Upgrades are benefits. "Heavy-Duty / 100% Opaque" and "Double-Sided" are toggles inside vinyl banners, not a separate category to decode.
- Prices are prices. No inflated list price with a permanent sale on top of it.
