About this template
Heavy rule bars top and bottom, Black Ops One on an all caps name, Roboto Condensed on the district and the endorsement line. The layout borrows from labour print, and the endorsement slot is the reason to pick it: a local number under your name buys credibility no adjective can. Keep it to one endorsement per sign. Two competing logos in the same slot read as clutter at driving distance.
