About this template
Rule bars pin the top and bottom, Staatliches sets the headline and the day and time, and Special Elite types the address, giving the sign a trade notice feel. It is aimed at other agents, not buyers, and only needs to work for the two hours of a broker preview. Staking one at the tract entrance and one at the door is usually enough for a caravan to find you.
