About this template
A friendly finished job sign, all in Roboto Condensed, that congratulates the homeowner rather than advertising at them. That framing is why owners agree to leave it up, and a week is usually what you get. Name the street in the detail line as the sample does. A neighbor reading their own street name treats the job as local proof rather than someone else's advertising.
