About this template
High visibility orange and black with Work Sans across all three lines, built as a jobsite notice rather than an advertisement. The message is logistical: work in progress, keep the drive clear for the trailer. Signs like this reduce the phone calls a crew fields from neighbors and the parking problems that delay a tear off. Stake one at each end of the working area on the morning the trailer arrives.
